This person needs to help ideate and concept, then translate those ideas into presentable ideas. This person needs to have a full understanding of 3D modeling and rendering software and be able to quickly make adjustments and revisions. This person will also have experience generating bid sets and construction documents as well as experience working with GCs, shops, and fabricators to communicate their designs. Additionally, this person has experience sourcing FF&E to match interior design goals.

Skilled at AutoCAD, SketchUP,  Rhino, and/or other 3D modeling software.
Ability to work in Adobe CC programs.
Knowledge of building methods and materials.
Ability to interface with fabrication shops.
Ability to source and procure FF&E.
Local to NYC or Los Angeles.

Bonus skills:

This person is someone who is meticulously organized, has great attention-to-detail and can effectively manage stressful situations. Project Manager


Bobby Redd is looking for a freelance-to-full-time project manager to join our growing team. Ideal candidate is able to work both in an office environment and on a job-site. This position requires someone that adapts to different types of projects from one week to the next. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, focused, has strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for building and creating.


  • Execution of multiple on-going retail projects via budgeting, scheduling, and overall project management
  • Coordination and on-site management of vendors, employees, and contractors

  • Act as a liaison between creative team and outside vendors/contractors

  • Create and organize files, assets, and schedules to facilitate workflow

  • Manage calendars and communication, both internally and externally

  • Implement project management systems, software and applications

Required Skills / Expertise

  • Prior experience as a project manager or similar position preferred

  • Knowledge of construction methods or prior experience on a construction job-site

  • Ability to read and understand site plans and construction documents

  • Prior experience working with vendors, including fabricators and contractors

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently when necessary, and use sound business judgement

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines

  • Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCad is a plus.

Art Director


Bobby Redd is looking for a freelance-to-full-time art director who has experience designing for live events. This person needs to help ideate and concept out experiences for events, then translate those ideas into presentable ideas. This person will be responsible for ideating, researching (finding mood or reference images), making mock-ups and sketches and compiling information into cohesive, client-facing presentations and decks.


  • Experience working in design for live events.
  • Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Graphic design skills such as layout and typography.
  • Ability to explain ideas through basic copywriting.
  • Understanding of print production workflows and materials.
  • Knowledge of NYC resources and vendors.
  • Ability to create mockups via SketchUp or other modeling software.
